Shipping & Returns


All items are securely packaged and shipped via USPS Mail, FedEx or UPS. We will ship your order the fastest, most economical way. If you have a preferred shipping method, let us know when you place your order. A tracking number will be provided when the order is shipped.


Merchandise is sold without warranty either expressed or implied only that your satisfaction is guaranteed on all parts used as originally intended. Please check your shipment upon receipt to be sure all items are as ordered.

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase on merchandise in brand new, uninstalled original condition. We do not refund shipping. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

You must contact us before returning any item. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and returned prepaid. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Special order and electrical parts are not returnable or refundable. Special order parts deposits are not refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Damaged merchandise must be held in the original master carton for inspection by the common carrier. You must contact the carrier and they will initiate a damage claim. DO NOT return the damaged item to us, as further shipping will result in loss of claim settlement.
